Where did those CARES Act funds that were supposed to help out struggling Americans, disappear to? Why is Secretary of the Treasury, Steve Mnuchin, sitting on $360 billion in excess slush funds? Could they be going to undergird failing foreign institutions and prop up Wall Street, possibly in preparation for the world’s greatest heist?
